1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bemi. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Acceptable Use

Bemi is a platform for genuine relationship-seeking individuals. You may not:

• Create fake, misleading, or impersonating profiles
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Share explicit, illegal, or harmful content
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers
• Attempt to circumvent the match limit, swap system, or city unlock mechanism

3. The Bemi System

By using Bemi, you agree to the core mechanics:

• Match limits — Free users have 6 active match slots; premium users have 12
• Swap accountability — Your swap rate is tracked and visible to matches
• City unlock — Swiping may be gated until your city reaches its user threshold
• Commitment mode — Committing to a match deactivates all other matches for both parties

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the respective platform's terms. Bemi does not process payments directly.

5. Termination

Bemi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings.

6. Disclaimers

Bemi is a platform for connection. We do not guarantee successful relationships and are not responsible for user behavior outside the app. Always exercise judgment and safety when meeting matches in person.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Bemi after changes constitutes acceptance.
