1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using Bemi, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Bemi has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Harassment, hate speech, threats, nudity, sexually explicit material, and any other objectionable content are strictly prohibited.

Users who post such content or behave abusively are prohibited from using the Service. We review every report and remove violating content and ban offending users within 24 hours. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.

3. User Conduct

You are responsible for your conduct and any content you share. By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Post objectionable, illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other users.
• Create a false identity or misrepresent your age or identity.
• Solicit money, spam, or use the Service for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent safety, moderation, or security features.

4. Safety: Report & Block

Your safety matters. You can report any profile, message, or content, and block any user directly within the app at any time. Reported content is reviewed promptly, and confirmed violations result in content removal and account termination, typically within 24 hours.

5. Subscriptions

Bemi may offer optional paid subscriptions and in-app purchases. All payments are billed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and are governed by that store's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app's settings.
